McDonald’s™ holds the right to publish the first name of the person who raises a question on any communication channel of the ‘Your Right to Know’ platform including digital and print.
Any communication or material sent via the website, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or graphics will be treated, as non-confidential and non-proprietary (i.e. not belonging to you) but McDonald’s™ will operate in line with its privacy policy relating to any personal information received from the sender.
Anything sent via the site will, depending on the terms of our privacy policy, become the exclusive property of McDonald’s™ or other members of the McDonald's Family may use all or part of it at any time and for any purpose.
