  • McDonald’s™ holds the right to publish the first name of the person who raises a question on any communication channel of the ‘Your Right to Know’ platform including digital and print.
  • Any communication or material sent via the website, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or graphics will be treated, as non-confidential and non-proprietary (i.e. not belonging to you) but McDonald’s™ will operate in line with its privacy policy relating to any personal information received from the sender.
  • Anything sent via the site will, depending on the terms of our privacy policy, become the exclusive property of McDonald’s™ or other members of the McDonald's Family may use all or part of it at any time and for any purpose.
