Yes, you may place an advanced order as long as the delivery time you enter is during McDelivery™ hours of operation and with a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 7 days before your requested delivery time. Click on ‘Order in Advance’ on the right side of the main page banner under ‘START A NEW ORDER’. Choose items from the menu and click the ‘Check out’ button when you're done. You will need to sign in order to be able to select menu items and add them to your basket.
A surcharge applies for every order made through McDelivery™. There will be a surcharge of €2.20 for orders made through www.mcdelivery.com.cy or via call centre (77772626).
Yes, a minimum order applies to all McDelivery™ orders which is €10.00 excluding the €2.20 Delivery Charge.

Unfortunately not. Once the order is confirmed on McDelivery™ website, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can call the McDelivery™ Call centre at 77772626 and we will try our best to accommodate your request, however, once the order has been dispatched from the restaurant, it cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstance.
For online orders, you can either pay with your credit card via JCC payment systems, or by cash upon delivery.
For orders made through the Call Centre, only cash upon delivery is available.

Orders exceeding €100 are considered bulk orders and cannot be placed through McDelivery™ website. Such orders can only be placed by calling the McDelivery™ Call Centre at 77772626. Orders between €60 and €100 can be placed online but a McDelivery™ representative will call back to confirm your order. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we would appreciate if large orders could be made in advance.
