In October 1997 the business relationship with McDonald’s Cyprus started.
Today Develey supplies from 6 plants in 5 countries to more than 35 McDonald’s countries.
Develey supplies the McDonald’s Cyprus market with: Burger and dipping sauces, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salad dressings & pickles.
Ingredients like herbs, spices, eggs and vinegar are very often the basis for those products. Additives are only being used if it is essential to ensure product stability and durability.
The first step of production, after research and development, is the choice of raw materials. Develey only processes the best products available and strictly complies with McDonald’s requirements. Those requirements are, for example, being measured in the McDonald’s Supplier Quality Management System (SQMS), together with the company’s specific standards.
